    Ok so I'm a new customer today for a first service.i turned up 10 mins before my driver waiting service and pre warned that the wiper blades need replacing. The lady at the reception asked for my name and booked me in and asked that i take seat in the customer waiting area and that Someone would see me shortly.shortly I was seen by a a service desk advisor and she started to ask about the faults with my wiper blades? We had a discussion about the failing blades when I asked that it is in for a service- then I got the screwed up face and the turned up lip as she said no! Ok I replied it was and the blades I said were put on as a pre advisory defect.To this she said I will go and check and let you know she returned and I signed some paperwork, just under 3hrs later I had GUESSED that the service was being done as no one had let me know or advised me how long I was Likely to wait. The customer telly also pixalates a lot so that's hard to watch.so back to the service,just under the 3hrs the vehicle hand over specialist came around the corner and asked for Mr or Mrs (my surname) i had gave my name when booking in and im 6ft with a beard so surely the receptionist new i was a male and could have put Mr on the paperwork! Instead of me having to confirm i was indeed a male in front of all the other customer's.The hand over specialist then went through everything that was carried out and very enthusiastically told me that the vehicle had been washed and cleaned inside and out while handing me my keys" it's in the customer bays" I exit the showroom find my car Still with the winter grim inside and out !!! This makes me wonder what else was missed on the 'quality check' if they can't even check if the vehicle has been washed. not the best start for a new customer to an Audi Dealer
